Professional Accomplishments

At 16 years old, Jason uncovered a passion for cars, armed with only a repair manual and his mom’s 1980 BMW 733i. Driven by an enduring love for automobiles, he pursued Automotive Technology at Pulaski Technology College in Little Rock, Arkansas. Joining BMW of Little Rock at 19 in 2000, Jason dedicated himself to the craft, achieving Master Certification by 2009. Opting for a bold move, he founded his own shop, One Way Automotive, in North Little Rock in September 2009. Specializing in BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, and Motorrad repairs, the shop rapidly earned a reputation as a go-to destination for comprehensive BMW product repairs. In 2019, Jason’s expertise caught the attention of Luke Murry and Drew Wolfe, leading to an invitation to join the technical training team for WTI (Worldpac Training Institute). In this pivotal role, he actively contributes to the development of cutting-edge training material, positioning himself at the forefront of the industry and generously sharing his wealth of knowledge with fellow independents.
